L-Asparagine

$37.80

This amino acid participates in the functions of the brain and nervous system. L-Asparagine is a non-essential amino acid and is closely related to Aspartic Acid, and can be manufactured from this nutrient. First isolated in 1932 from asparagus, it is widely available in plant protein, but a great volume of information is not available. It is required by the nervous system to maintain equilibrium and is also required for amino acid transformation from one form to the other -- done in the liver. Typically found in beef, poultry and eggs, L-Asparagine has no known toxicity.

Jo Mar's L-Asparagine is 100% pure crystalline free form. The powder is water soluble, is tasteless and weighs about 3.6 grams per level measuring teaspoon. Capsules may contain less than 1% magnesium stearate, an inert ingredient used in the encapsulation process. The information stated here is not complete and should not be considered a recommendation. Please consult a qualified physician or nutritionist before beginning amino acid supplementation.
