Jo Mar sells L-Carnitine in both powder and capsule form. Our L-Carnitine is now in hypromellose veggie caps. The powder is not water soluble (it clumps) and weighs about 2.6 grams per level measuring teaspoon. As the L-Carnitine is still hydroscopic in nature, care should be used to avoid exposure to moisture and to keep the cap tightly sealed on the bottle.
