Jo Mar Lab's Formula H-7 contains the free form Amino Acids L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, and L-Citrulline. Four additional free form Amino Acids (L-Serine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, and L-Isoleucine) act in conjunction with the other three. Formula H-7 has a bitter-bland taste and is probably best taken in its capsule form.
1 to 4 capsules or 400mg to 1600mg - 3 times daily
