Gain all the health benefits your brain needs with a natural serotonin booster.

Raising serotonin levels promotes feelings of well-being, alleviates depression, and is useful in sleep, anxiety, and eating disorder therapy. Using 5-HTP properly does all this and more, without the side effects associated with drugs and other serotonin boosters.

5-HTP is a little known, but well-tested, dietary supplement that offers many people more benefits and less risks than most conventional therapies for depression, sleep disorders including insomnia, obesity, anxiety disorders including panic attacks, PMS, eating disorders, including bulimia, obsessive-compulsive disorders, alcoholism, and uncontrollable violent impulses.  This book will explain how 5-HTP works and how to use it correctly as a dietary supplement.  Hopefully it will help make your life, and thelives of those you love, more pleasant.
