Description
There are three amino acids in our Branched Chain Amino Acid Formula: L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Valine. Jo Mar's BCAA is designed to improve muscle integrity; it is also used therapeutically for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).
BCAA Formula has a bitter taste and can be taken in powder or capsule form. The powder is not water soluble and weighs about 2.6 grams per level measuring teaspoon.
PROTOCOL:
5 capsules (1.5 grams) Jo Mar's BCAA Formula.
1 to 3 teaspoons Jo Mar's Buffered Vitamin C Daily.
50 mg to 150 mg vitamin B6 daily.
