Description
There are two amino acids in our GR #2 Day Formula: L-Ornithine, L-Tyrosine. Jo Mar Lab's GR formulation is designed to be used before daytime workouts. For those who do not wish to take L-Arginine this formula is perfect.
GR #2 Formula has a tangy-sweet taste and can be easily taken in powder or capsule form. The powder is water soluble and weighs about 2.4 grams per level measuring teaspoon.
PROTOCOL:
4 capsules (3 to 4 grams) Jo Mar's GR #2 Day Formula
1 to 3 teaspoons Buffered Vitamin C Daily.
50 mg to 150 mg vitamin B6 Daily.
