- Shipping & Delivery
- The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS 3-Day, and UPS Ground. Shipping choices for Guam and APO/FPO are shipped only via USPS Priority Mail. For Canada and Philippines orders we ship via USPS International Priority Mail. Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Our business shipping hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm PST. If your order is received after 3:00 PST it will ship the next business day.
All our products are shipped out from Campbell, California. In general most products are delivered in 3 to 5 business days when shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for delayed shipments. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. - Privacy & Security

- We not only guarantee the quality of our products, we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement– whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund any special order items, custom formulas or shipping charges and a 20% restock fee is applied when applicable.
To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide your customer ID, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:
1. Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 1-800-538-4545 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. For your convenience, once a return has been authorized we will be happy to provide you with a pre-stamped USPS envelope for small orders or UPS Call Tag for large orders to return products due to our mistake.
2. To receive credit, you must contact Customer Service within 60 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 60 days.
3. No returns will be accepted for close-out items, special order items or custom formulas.
Damaged Packages
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
