Description
There are three amino acids in our GR Formula: L-Arginine, L-Lysine, L-Ornithine. Jo Mar Lab's GR formulation is designed to help the body release human growth hormone.
GR Formula has a bitter-sour taste and can be taken in powder or capsule form. The powder is water soluble and weighs about 3.2 grams per level measuring teaspoon.
PROTOCOL:
4 capsules/ 1 tsp at bedtime or before workout on an empty stomach.
1 to 3 teaspoons Buffered Vitamin C Daily.
50 mg to 150 mg vitamin B6 Daily.
