L-Histidine
Description
L-Histidine is one of the Glucogenic Amino Acids (Glucogenic Amino Acids facilitate the body's production of Energy.) Many people use L-Histidine to help boost the production of red and white blood cells. The powder is water soluble and weighs about 2.6 grams per level measuring teaspoon. Capsules may contain less than 1% magnesium stearate, an inert ingredient used in the encapsulation process. Most people do not like the taste of the powder, which is bitter.
